Because our products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

ALL REQUESTS MUST BE APPROVED BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM BEFORE BEING SHIPPED AND ALL REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL.

Damaged or Defective Items

If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product.

To process the claim, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage

Once verified, we will offer a free replacement.

Wrong Item Received

We double check to make sure all orders are as accurate as possible, but if it happened please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product.

Lost in Transit

For packages that appear lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date, Kindly allow 15 business days for possible delay from the estimated delivery date,

If confirmed lost, we will replace the order at no additional cost.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout and the package is returned to the fulfillment facility, we may reship the order once the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping fees may be applied.

Unclaimed Packages

Packages returned to our fulfillment facility due to being unclaimed will be donated to charity after 30 days, no replacement or refund will be offered.

Returns and Exchanges

Because every product is printed specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size ( Exception may apply )

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

Please carefully review size charts and product details before placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges Exception

A change in size, It happens that the fit didn't suit you and needed smaller or bigger than your regular size, in that case please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product.

To process the claim, please include:

  • The size you would like to get

Once the return package is received and passed quality check, we will issue a store credit which will be available immediately at check out to be used for the desired size,

While we are happy to exchange the size, no refunds are given for incorrect size choices. Only 1 free exchange allowed per order.

EXCEPTION DOES NOT APPLY IF :

  • The item(s) have been worn or washed
  • Non-returnable, Non-exchangeable items including but not limited, facemark, swimsuit, boxer, drink wear, etc

  • The item(s) have been altered in any way
  • The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is our fault
  • The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
  • The item(s) are Final Sale
  • Customizable items that been designed by customer

InkTheoryStudio does not provide prepaid returns shipping labels at the moment, and returns shipping for exchanges is at the customers expense.

Refund

Because our products are made to order and printed specifically for your order, No Refund will be issued for whatever reason.

If Refund was processed, Store credit will be given only and any outbound shipping costs paid are non-refundable.

EU Consumer Notice

Customers located in the European Union normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, according to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right does not apply to custom or made-to-order products, which includes print-on-demand items.
